Booking Policies
- A 25% deposit is required to secure your appointment for applicable services.
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund of your deposit.
- Please arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise instructed.
- Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
Mobile Service Fees
- Base fee: $25 for all mobile services.
- Distance fee: $1 per mile from Bowie, MD.
- Travel fees are calculated automatically based on your address.
- A 30-minute travel buffer is automatically added for mobile appointments.

Appointment duration varies based on the service and complexity. Knotless braids can take 4-8 hours, twists 3-6 hours, and cornrows 1-4 hours. We'll provide a time estimate when you book your appointment.
Please come with freshly washed and dried hair unless otherwise instructed. Detangle your hair and ensure your scalp is clean and free of buildup. If you're getting braids or twists with extensions, we'll provide the hair or you can bring your own preferred brand.
With proper care, knotless braids and twists typically last 6-8 weeks, cornrows 2-4 weeks, and dreadlocks require maintenance every 4-6 weeks. We'll provide aftercare instructions to help your style last as long as possible.
Yes, we provide high-quality hair for all braiding services, included in the price. If you prefer a specific brand or type of hair, you're welcome to bring your own. Please let us know in advance if you'll be bringing your own hair.
We require a 25% deposit to secure your appointment. Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations with less notice or no-shows forfeit the deposit. We understand emergencies happen, so please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
